Fixed route pricing
Airport and city-to-city transfers are often quoted as a fixed vehicle price. Ask whether the quotation includes tax, gratuity, airport fees, parking, tolls and waiting.
Hourly pricing
Hourly bookings may have minimum durations and overtime increments. Larger or specialty vehicles often carry longer minimums during busy event seasons.
Factors that change the price
- vehicle type and passenger count
- pickup location and travel distance
- multiple stops or split service
- date, time and seasonal demand
- waiting, parking, tolls and border delays
Compare totals, not base rates
A low advertised hourly figure can be misleading if mandatory fees are excluded. Ask every provider for the complete estimated total in writing.
