Start with the flight, not the pickup time
For a departure, work backward from the airline’s recommended check-in time. Add realistic driving time from Surrey, a margin for bridge or highway congestion and enough time to unload luggage. For an arrival, provide the flight number so the dispatcher can track changes.
Choose for luggage as well as passengers
A vehicle that seats four may not hold four large suitcases plus carry-ons. Describe every bag, stroller, ski case or mobility item before accepting a quotation.
Ask how waiting time works
Clarify whether an arrival includes complimentary waiting, when the clock starts and where the chauffeur will meet you. Inside meet-and-greet service and curbside pickup are not the same arrangement.
