Build one master timeline
List preparation locations, ceremony time, photo locations, reception arrival and the final return. Allow loading time at every stop, especially when dresses, flowers or older relatives are involved.
Match each vehicle to a job
The wedding party may need a stretch limousine or Sprinter, while parents or VIP guests may be better served by a sedan or SUV. One vehicle does not always need to handle the full day.
Protect the photo schedule
Ask the photographer how much travel time is realistic and avoid adding too many distant stops. Surrey traffic can change quickly around bridges and major corridors.
